BasedonPoly(propyleneglycol),diisocyanateand2,2-Bis(hydroxymethyl)propionicacid,polyurethane(PU)elastomersaresynthesized.Nanoparticlewasmodifiedthroughtheesterificationtoincreasetheinteractionsofnano-CaCO3withPUmatrix.AseriesofPU/CaCO3nanocompositeswerepreparedviainsitupolymerization.TheeffectsofweightpercentagecontentofnanoparticlesonmechanicalpropertiesofPUcompositefilledwithnano-CaCO3wereinvestigated.Andtheeffectsofnanoparticlesonthetribologicalbehaviorofthecompositeswereinvestigatedsynchronously.TheinvestigationsofthewornsurfacesshowedthatthefillersofCaCO3nanoparticleswereabletoenhancetheadhesionofthetransferfilmstothesurfaceofcounterpartring,soitsignificantlyreducedthewearrateofthePUmatrix.
