Pre-polymerofPoly(p-phenylenebenzobisoxazole)(PBO)waspreparedbytheheterogeneousstep-growthpolycondenstionof4,6-diaminoresorcinolhydrochloride（DAR2HCl）withterephthalicacid（TA）inpolyphosphoricacid（PPA）.Thepost-polymerizationofpre-polymerofPBOoccurredinthedoublescrewextruder.PutacertainamountofPBOpre-polymersintothetwin-screwextruder.Afterfillingoutthereversescrewthreadandneutralkneadingblock,stopfeeding.Controlthetemperature,screwrotationspeedofthedoublescrewextruder,materialsintheregionreactunderhightemperatureandhighshearforacertaintime,thenopentheextrudersleeveandsampling.UsingUbbelohdeviscometertodeterminetheintrinsicviscosityofthesamples.
