Anovelorganic-inorganichybridmembraneusedinprotonmembranefuelcellwasfabricatedbyGel-solwithorgano-silicaneasstartingmaterial.Afteraddingpolyoxometallacids(STA)intoprecursorsolution,theprotonconductivityofhybridmembranewasimprovedgreatly.Thenewmembranecontaining30wt%silicotungsticacid(STA),whichwasfabricatedbygel-solinourexperiment,hadthesimilarperformancestoNafion115membrane.Theprotonconductivityofthefabricatedcompositewashigh,andincreasedupto2.010-2S/cmwiththetemperatureincreased.
