ThephaseseparationtrajectoryofPAN-DMSO-H2OternaryphasediagramwasdeterminedwithdynamiccomponentanalysismethodandthephaseseparationmechanismsinthewetspinningprocessofPANfiberweredemonstrated.Astheresultssuggested,withgivenspinningconditions,duringthePANfiberformingprocessthesolidconcentrationinthesystemincreasedandthephaseseparationtrajectorywasabovethecriticalpoint.Thephaseseparationtrajectorywasacurvewithaninflexion,whichindicatedthephaseseparationcouldbedividedintotwostages.Fromthe“startingpoint”,thecompositionsofthissystemwentfirstlyintomiscibilityregion,thenpastthroughthemetastableregion,andultimatelyenteredintounstableregion.Correspondingly,thephaseseparationkineticwayschangedfrombynucleationandgrowthofapolymer-poorphasetobyspinodaldecomposition.
