簡(jiǎn)介：
Highfluxultrafiltration(UF)membranesbasedonelectrospunpolyacrylonitrile(PAN)nanofibroussubstratesandcelluloseacetate(CA)hydrophiliccoatingshavebeendemonstrated.Scanningelectronmicroscopy(SEM)wasusedtoexaminethesurfaceandcrosssectionalmorphologiesofthesecompositemembranes.Theresultsshowedthatthesurfaceofthemembraneswasflatandsmooth,andtheCAcoatingwaspenetratedintotheelectrospunnanofibroussubstrate.ConcentrationeffectofCAinthecoatingsolutiononfiltrationpropertiesofthecompositemembraneswasinvestigated.Theexperimentalresultsshowedthatthecompositemembraneof10wt%CAcoatingsolutionpossessedhighwaterflux(310L·m-2·h-1)withgoodorganicrejectionrate(95.5%)foroil/wateremulsionseparation,andthecompositemembranesperformedhigherrejectionrateandlowerfluxwiththeCAconcentrationincreasing.
